Metal Holdings Ltd is another sister concern of Metal. Started in 2012, this company has been running real estate business along with commercial spaces. By this time it has completed a number of residential and commercial buildings in Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar.
Besides, a number of commercial spaces of Metal have been built under its sole supervision. To name a few : Metal Agro compound of Salna, Metal Office Building of Debigunj, Metal Warehouse and Traing Center building of Ashulia, Metal Warehouse of Gazupur / Shreepur etc. Ongoing two big projects are: Jamil Tower Pallabi and Gulshan residential building.
